About Elixser

What is Elixser?

Elixser is a US-based supplier of high-purity research-grade peptides. Every batch is synthesized in cGMP-aligned facilities, independently tested by a third-party lab, and shipped with a signed Certificate of Analysis. We sell to qualified researchers for laboratory research only.

What does “Research Use Only” mean?

All products on this site are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes. They are not for human or animal consumption, not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, and not approved by the FDA for any clinical use. By purchasing, you confirm you are 21+ and acknowledge the products will be used in compliance with applicable laws and ethical research standards. See Terms of Service for full details.

Are your peptides made in the USA?

Yes. Every batch on our shelf is synthesized, tested, and shipped from US-based facilities. No overseas sourcing, no relabeled imports. See Quality Standards.

Quality & Testing

How do I know your products are pure?

Every lot is independently tested by a third-party lab against five methods: HPLC for purity, LC-MS for identity, USP <71> sterility, LAL endotoxin, and lot traceability. Internal release threshold is 98% minimum HPLC purity; most lots come in at 99%+. The signed report is published, lot-stamped, on the COA Library. See Test Methods for what each test verifies.

What is a Certificate of Analysis?

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the signed lab report for a specific batch. It documents the analytical results — purity, identity, sterility, endotoxin levels — for the lot you received. Every shipment ships with a COA, and the same report is publicly accessible on the COA Library using the lot number printed on your vial.

Who runs your testing?

An independent third-party analytical laboratory. We do not test our own product, and we do not rely on supplier-provided data. Details on Lab Partner.

Ordering & Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship within the United States only. See Shipping Policy.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–4 business days for delivery. Tracking is emailed when the shipment dispatches.

How much is shipping?

$7 flat for orders below $100. Complimentary on orders of $100 or more.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We recommend a physical address for fastest delivery, but US Postal Service shipments will deliver to PO Boxes. Customers must verify shipping addresses before purchase — we are not responsible for delivery issues from incorrect addresses.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellations are available only before your order has shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Email info@elixserpeptides.com immediately if you need to cancel.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every order, opened or unopened. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, email info@elixserpeptides.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a refund. For damaged, defective, or incorrectly-shipped items, we also cover return shipping. Full details on Refund Policy.

Storage & Handling

How should I store peptides?

All peptide products are lyophilized (freeze-dried) and sealed under nitrogen. Stable for 24 months at −20°C lyophilized. Once received, store at −20°C until reconstitution. Sealed vials are stable at room temperature in transit for at least 7 days based on accelerated stability data.

What about after reconstitution?

Reconstituted peptides should be stored refrigerated and used promptly. Stability post-reconstitution varies by compound — check the published research literature on the Research page for compound-specific guidance.

Products

What’s the difference between a single-compound vial and a blend?

A single-compound vial contains one peptide at a stated dose. A blend is a multi-compound vial — two, three, or four peptides combined in defined ratios in one lyophilized cake. Blends save reconstitution steps for researchers running multi-compound protocols. Each component in a blend is independently quantified on the COA.

Why are some blends priced higher than single vials?

Blends contain more total peptide and require additional analytical workup — each component is independently quantified by HPLC and identified by LC-MS, which means the lab runs more methods per lot.

Do you sell capsules?

Not on this site. Elixser supplies research-grade lyophilized peptides for laboratory research. Oral capsule products are sold under a separate brand framework.

Privacy & Security

Is my information secure?

Yes. The site is SSL-secured end to end. Payment information is encrypted in transit and processed by PCI-compliant payment processors — we never store full card numbers on our servers. See Privacy Policy for our full data-handling practices.

Do you sell my information?

No. We do not sell personal information. We do share limited data with vendors who help us operate the site (payment processors, fulfillment, email). Full disclosure on Privacy Policy.
